There will be two in-person bib pickup sessions, both at the Pump House Restaurant on Chena Pump Road, running from 5PM to 8PM.
There will be two opportunities to pick up your bib number prior to the race. Early bib pick up will be held at the Pumphouse Restaurant on Chena Pump Road from 5:00PM to 8:00PM on Thursday, September 19 and Friday September 20. There will be NO EARLY BIB PICKUP on the Tuesday 10 days prior to the race as has been the case prior to 2012.
The only other opportunity to enter and pick up bibs will be on race Morning between 6:30AM and 7:30AM at the Patty Gym Lobby, at the very high race day entry rates. No relay entries will be accepted on race day.
If you want to take advantage of the lower early registration fee, enter online prior to 7:00PM, Wednesday, August 21.
Online registration will reopen at the higher standard registration fee at 10:00AM Thursday, August 22. Hard copy registration will open at that same time. The hard copy registration fee is higher than the online fee. Standard registration fees end at 5:00PM, Wednesday, September 18. After that time and date, all the entry form dropoff boxes will be collected and there will be no further entry form dropoff.
After 5:00PM, Wednesday, September 18, the only opportunity to register will be via hard-copy registration at either the Thursday or Friday night bib pickups (no drop-off of registration forms at any location after 5:00PM Wednesday), or on race morning. Hard copy fees on Thursday and Friday are higher than the standard registration fees.
Race day fees are very high - we want people to register early so that on race day we can focus on runner services, not on having to deal with people who decide to enter at the last minute. No relay entries will be permitted on race day.
