Equinox Training Run #8 - The Final One!
To all my fellow Equinox peeps: Here’s your last opportunity to run with the most amazing Equinox running crowd this summer!
Meet at the pullout past Ann’s Greenhouse, 780 Sheep Creek Road, located near Goldstream Sports this Sunday, August 28, 2011 at 9am! Your choice of an 11 mile or 16 mile run, or anything in between.

This week’s training run meets at 5:30pm! That’s 1730 hours for the military folks.

We’re meeting for Steve’s Equinox Training Run #6 on the top of Ester Dome near the chute on Thursday, August 18th at 6pm for a 9+ mile loop.

Steve’s Equinox Training Run #4 is the Out and Back. Meet on Thursday, August 4 at 6pm on top of the Dome near the chute. It's free and all are welcome to participate!
Please carpool up, or bike (if you have maniacal tendencies), as there is limited parking. Pooches are absolutely not allowed! Except the ones attached to your belly!
Equinox Training Run #3
The third of this year's edition of Steve's Equinox Training Runs will take place on Thursday, July 28 at 6:00PM. Training run #3 will be an 8 mile run on the Equinox course, starting at mile 8.5 to mile 12.5 (top of Ester Dome) and back.
